At OJP, we:
- offer the space for women members to attain their fullest potentials.
- ensure women make up about half of the firm’s people. This being a fundamental and core value and ethos of our business we continuously create a workspace keen of having gender balance. We therefore recruit and nurture women by providing inspirational opportunities for them to develop and thrive.
- set a target of 40% women and 40% men in the firm and 20% adaptable, ( the physically challenged, women, men or non-binary persons).
